Sausage Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. sausage
8 oz. sour cream
1 can water chestnuts, rinsed well and diced
1 pkg. Uncle Ben's Original 13 Herbs Style rice
1/4 c. melted butter
few slices of bread
Preparation

Cook rice per directions on box. Cook sausage; drain and break into small pieces. Mix rice, sausage, sour cream and water chestnuts together. Put into casserole dish. Cut sliced bread into small squares and cover top of ingredients. Sprinkle melted butter over bread. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 20 minutes or until bread is golden brown.
