Midnight Funnel Cakes - cooking recipe

Ingredients

2 eggs
2 c. flour
1/2 tsp. salt
1 1/2 c. milk
1 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. vanilla
confectioners sugar
cinnamon

Preparation

Combine first 6 ingredients with mixer until smooth.
Chill for at least 2 hours.
