Fluffy White Frosting - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/3 c. hot water
1 c. sugar
2 egg whites
1/4 tsp. cream of tartar
1/2 tsp. vanilla
Preparation

Combine hot water and sugar in saucepan.
Bring to a boil. Cook rapidly to soft ball stage.
Combine egg whites and cream of tartar.
Beat egg whites until stiff but not dry.
Pour syrup slowly into egg whites, beating at high speed.
Add vanilla. Continue beating until frosting reaches spreading consistency.
