Super Sour Cream Banana Bar Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients

3 mashed bananas
1/2 c. butter
1 c. sour cream
2 tsp. vanilla
2 eggs
1 1/2 c. sugar or to taste
3 c. flour (some prefer only 2)
1 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt
3 c. powdered sugar
3 Tbsp. butter
1 tsp. vanilla
1 Tbsp. milk
1/2 c. chopped walnuts or pecans

Preparation

Mix together the first 9 ingredients and bake for 25 to 30 minutes at 350\u00b0
in a greased and floured jelly roll pan (with sides).
When cake is almost cool, mix together the last 5 ingredients and spread over the banana bar cake.
