Salmon Patties - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 large can pink or red salmon (save 1/2 of juice)
1/4 cup onion (finely chopped)
2 eggs (beaten)
1 cup cracker crumbs
2 tablespoons milk
2 teaspoon dill weed
salt and black pepper to taste
Preparation

Remove dark skin and bones from salmon.
Mix all the above ingredients together thoroughly.
Shape into patties.
Shape into patties and brown on each side.
Served topped with creamed peas and a lemon wedge.
