Shrimp Tempura - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 c. flour
1/2 c. cornstarch
1/2 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. ajinomoto
1 egg
1/2 c. water
Preparation

Sift dry ingredients.
Beat egg and water.
Add dry ingredients and mix well. For thin lacy batter, add 2 tablespoons more water. Dip shrimp in batter and fry in hot oil.
