Baked Roast - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 roast
    1 family size can cream of mushroom soup
    2 pkg. Lipton Onion soup mix
    carrots, peeled and sliced
    potatoes, peeled and sliced
    1 onion
Preparation
    Place roast in 9 x 13 or larger pan. Pour dry soup mix over roast. Pour can of soup over dry mix. Pour 1 can of water around roast. Place onion in pan. Cover with foil and bake at 350\u00b0 for 2 hours. Remove and add vegetables. Cover and bake 1 more hour.
