Busy-Day Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. round steak, cut in bite-size pieces
    1/2 c. cooking sherry
    1 can cream of chicken soup
    1 can cream of celery soup
    1/2 pkg. dry onion soup mix
Preparation
    Mix soups with sherry and onion soup mix and pour over meat. Bake 3 hours in 300\u00b0 oven in a covered casserole.
    Serve over rice, noodles or potatoes.
    Serves 6.
