Oriental Pasta Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/4 c. sesame seed
    1/2 c. creamy peanut butter
    1/2 c. sesame oil
    1/2 c. water
    1/4 c. rice wine vinegar
    2 Tbsp. light soy sauce (I used dark)
    2 cloves garlic
    1/2 tsp. red pepper flakes
    1/4 c. minced green onions
    2 c. broccoli flowerets
    1 large red pepper, seeded and cut into large chunks
    1/4 lb. snow peas, trimmed
    1 c. thinly sliced carrots
    1 (12 to 16 oz.) pkg. frozen shrimp
    1 (1 lb.) pkg. linguini
Preparation
    In a small skillet over low heat, toast sesame seeds, stirring occasionally, until seeds turn a light golden brown (about 3 minutes).
    Remove from heat and cool.
