Brunch Casserole(Serves 12) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 slices white bread, decrusted and buttered
    1 lb. favorite breakfast sausage, cooked
    5 oz. Cheddar cheese, grated
    5 eggs
    1 pt. half and half
    1 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. dry mustard
Preparation
    Grease your 9 x 13-inch dish first, then line your dish with bread.
    Spread your fried sausage on top of your bread, then top with cheese.
    Beat eggs and pour on top of your cheese.
    Mix remaining ingredients and pour on top.
    Refrigerate overnight. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 40 minutes.
