Caviar Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 hard-boiled eggs, chopped
    2 Tbsp. mayonnaise
    1 medium sweet onion, minced
    8 oz. pkg. cream cheese
    2/3 c. sour cream
Preparation
    Mix eggs, mayonnaise and onion.
    Spread in glass pie plate. Mix cream cheese and sour cream.
    Spread over egg mixture.
    Chill 4 hours or overnight.
    Spread with 2 3/4 ounce jar black caviar. Garnish with lemon slices.
    Serve with unsalted crackers (Matzos?).
