Mexican Dish - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. Cheddar cheese
    2 lb. hamburger
    1 large onion, chopped
    1 jalapeno pepper, chopped (optional)
    1 can cream of chicken soup
    1 can enchilada sauce
    soft corn tortillas, cut in quarters
Preparation
    Grate cheese and set aside.
    Combine hamburger, onion and pepper in skillet; brown and drain.
    Add soup and enchilada sauce. Line casserole dish with tortillas.
    Layer meat mixture, cheese and tortillas, ending, with cheese on top.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 20 minutes or until cheese melts.
