Crustless Pecan Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 eggs
1/2 c. flour
1 c. sugar
1/4 tsp. salt
6 Tbsp. butter or margarine, melted
1 tsp. vanilla
3/4 c. chopped pecans
1 c. coconut
Preparation
-
Beat eggs 1 minute.
Add flour, sugar and salt until smooth. Add remaining ingredients.
Pour into greased and floured 9-inch pie plate.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
