Slidders(French Noodle) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 c. flour
    1/2 tsp. salt
Preparation
    Mix flour and salt together.
    Add enough water to make a soft dough the texture of pie crust.
    Roll out on floured board; cut in 1-inch squares.
    Drop in boiling chicken broth and cook until all noodles come to top and boil for 5 minutes more.
