Fancy Hominy Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 lb. ground beef or chicken
1 Tbsp. chili powder
1 can hominy
1 onion, chopped fine
salt and pepper to taste
1/2 c. catsup
1 c. grated Cheddar cheese

Preparation

Combine all ingredients except cheese.
Cover and bake in greased casserole dish 20 to 25 minutes at 350\u00b0.
Add 1 cup grated cheese and bake 5 minutes more.
