Lemon Loaf - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 3/4 c. flour
    1 c. sugar
    1/2 c. margarine
    1/2 tsp. vanilla
    1/2 tsp. lemon extract
    1 c. milk
    1 egg
    1 tsp. soda
    3/4 tsp. salt
Preparation
    Cream sugar and margarine.
    Add egg; combine vanilla, lemon extract and milk.
    Add alternately with dry ingredients.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 in greased and floured loaf pan for 30 to 40 minutes or until wooden pick comes out clean.
    Let stand 5 to 10 minutes and remove from pan.
    As soon as taken from oven and before removing from pan, top with 1/2 cup powdered sugar and 2 tablespoons milk, which have been stirred and heated together.
