Eagle Brand Fruit Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. each: candied cherries, pineapple and dark raisins, cut up
1/2 lb. chopped pecans
1/2 lb. chopped English walnuts
1/2 lb. green citron, cut up
1/2 lb. chopped, pitted dates
1/2 lb. chopped figs
4 cans Eagle Brand milk
2 lb. graham cracker crumbs
1 c. brown sugar
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. cloves
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. allspice
4 Tbsp. cocoa
Preparation

Mix brown sugar, spices and cocoa in a small bowl.
In a large bowl, mix graham cracker crumbs and milk.
Add fruits, nuts and sugar-spice mixture.
Mix well.
Put into a tube cake pan lined with waxed paper.
Pack it down real good; put waxed paper on top of pan.
Wrap in foil, pan and all.
Put in refrigerator and let set 1 1/2 months.
This is real good for Christmas.
