Ingredients

1/2 c. cocoa
1 1/2 c. sugar
2 c. milk
pinch of salt
1/4 c. cornstarch
3 egg yolks
2 tsp. vanilla
Preparation

Mix cocoa, cornstarch, egg yolks, salt and milk.
Cook until thick.
Stir constantly.
Add vanilla and pour into a baked pie crust.
Cover with meringue, made by beating the egg whites and adding sugar.
Brown pie.
