Cranberry Goodin Puddin - cooking recipe

1 c. fresh cranberries
1/4 c. sugar
1/4 c. walnuts
1 egg
1/2 c. sugar
1/2 c. flour
1/4 c. melted butter
2 Tbsp. melted shortening
Preparation

Grease 8-inch pie pan.
Spread cranberries over bottom. Sprinkle 1/4 cup sugar and nuts over cranberries.
Beat egg.
Add 1/2 cup sugar and beat.
Add flour, butter and shortening to egg and sugar mixture.
Beat.
Pour batter over cranberries.
Bake 45 minutes at 325\u00b0.
