Fresh Apple Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 c. chopped apples (6 small)
1 1/2 c. vegetable oil
2 c. sugar
3 eggs
2 1/2 c. flour (plain)
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. baking soda
2 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. vanilla
1 c. pecans
Preparation

Mix sugar, oil and eggs in a large bowl. Sift dry ingredients. Add and blend. Stir in vanilla, apples and pecans.
Bake in greased and floured 13 x 9 x 3-inch pan at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
