Hot Sausage And Cheese Puffs - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. hot or sweet Italian sausage, ground
    1 lb. sharp Cheddar cheese, shredded
    3 c. biscuit baking mix
    3/4 c. water
Preparation
    Gently fry the sausage.
    With slotted spoon, remove to a bowl and cool completely.
    Add the cheese, baking mix and water.
    Roll into 1-inch balls and place on baking sheet 2 inches apart.
    Bake at 400\u00b0 for 12 to 15 minutes until puffed and browned.
