Oven Shoyu Chicken - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 lb. chicken wings or thighs
1/4 c. shoyu
1/2 tsp. salt
1 clove garlic, crushed
1/4 c. corn oil
1/4 c. brown sugar
1/2 tsp. grated ginger
Preparation

Mix all ingredients.
Pour over chicken.
Bake in aluminum foil lined pan at 325\u00b0 for one hour, turning twice.
