Ingredients

1 3/8 c. oil
2 c. sugar
2 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla
1 tsp. soda
2 1/2 c. flour
1 tsp. salt
2 tsp. baking powder

Preparation

Beat first 4 ingredients until creamy on low speed. Mix all dry ingredients together. Add to creamed mixture until well blended. Bake 45 minutes at 350\u00b0.
