Meringues - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 egg whites
1/4 tsp. salt
3/4 c. sugar (granulated)
1/4 tsp. vanilla
6 oz. pkg. real chocolate chips
Preparation

Preheat oven to 375\u00b0.
Beat egg whites with salt until stiff, then beat in sugar gradually.
Add vanilla.
Remove from beater and add chocolate chips.
Drop by teaspoonful on greased cookie sheet.
Place in oven and turn off heat.
Leave in oven overnight (do not peak!).
Makes about 2 dozen cookies.
