Cookie Jar Gingersnaps - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3/4 c. shortening
1 egg
2 c. presifted flour
2 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. salt
1 c. sugar
1/4 c. molasses
1 tsp. ground ginger
1 tsp. cinnamon
Preparation

Preheat oven to 350\u00b0. Gradually mix shortening, sugar, egg and molasses, beating after each addition. Beat until fluffy. Add flour, ginger, baking soda, cinnamon and salt. Mix well. Roll into small balls, then roll into sugar. Bake for 11 to 12 minutes.
