Rotini - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. box rotini
1 pt. Hellmann's mayonnaise
1 c. water
1 c. sugar
1/2 c. white vinegar
2 tsp. turmeric
1 c. diced celery
1 medium diced onion
Preparation

Must prepare night before.
Cook whole box rotini.
While rotini is cooking, use an electric mixer to mix Hellmann's, water, sugar, vinegar and turmeric.
Drain rotini and add hot rotini to mixture; add celery and onion and mix well.
Cover and refrigerate overnight.
Stir before serving and add salt and pepper to taste.
