Mexican Corn Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 c. corn meal
    1 c. buttermilk
    2/3 c. Wesson oil
    1 c. creamed corn
    1 c. grated cheese
    2 eggs, beaten well
    3 jalapeno peppers (mild), chopped fine
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients.
    Bake at 375\u00b0 for 45 to 60 minutes.
