Tortilla Pinwheels - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 oz. sour cream
    8 oz. cream cheese
    1 c. grated sharp Cheddar
    4 oz. diced chilies
    4 oz. diced black olives
    1/2 c. chopped green onion
    garlic powder to taste
    parsley for garnish
    1 pkg. 10-inch flour tortillas
Preparation
    Mix sour cream, cream cheese, cheese, chilies, olives, green onion and garlic.
    Spread evenly on 5 (10-inch) tortillas.
    Roll up; refrigerate for few hours.
    Slice in 1/4 inch slices and arrange on plate; garnish with fresh parsley.
    Serve with salsa.
