Ground Beef Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. ground beef
    1 (12 oz.) pkg. medium wide noodles
    1 chopped onion
    1 chopped bell pepper
    1 lb. Velveeta cheese
    1 c. chopped celery
    1 can mushrooms
    1 can (undiluted) mushroom soup
Preparation
    Brown and drain ground beef.
    Saute onion, pepper and celery. Mix these ingredients.
    Cook noodles by package directions. Microwave diced cheese, mushrooms, 1/2 cup milk and mushroom soup until cheese melts.
    Mix all ingredients.
    Bake in 350\u00b0 oven for 25 minutes.
