Shoe Peg Corn Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 cans Shoe Peg corn
1 c. sharp grated cheese
1/2 c. sour cream
1 medium onion, chopped
1 can cream of celery soup
1/2 stick margarine
Preparation

Melt margarine in casserole dish.
Layer corn in bottom of dish.
Mix other ingredients and spread over corn.
Crumble 1 stack of Ritz crackers and mix with 1 stick of melted margarine and put on top.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 25 or 30 minutes.
