Cherry Blossoms - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 egg whites, beaten stiff
    1 c. sugar
    1/2 tsp. baking powder
    1 c. chopped nuts
    40 Ritz crackers, finely crumbled
Preparation
    Mix together ingredients for bottom.
    Press small amount of mixture (1/2) in bottom of well-greased muffin pans (mixture will raise when baked).
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 10 to 12 minutes.
    Let cool. Remove from pans.
