Cabbage Rolls - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. ground beef, cooked
    1 finely chopped onion
    2 Tbsp. butter or margarine
    2 tsp. chopped parsley
    1/2 c. cooked rice
    1 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    1 c. tomato soup
    6 large cabbage leaves
Preparation
    Boil cabbage leaves just enough to be tender enough to roll. Combine meat, onion, butter, parsley, rice, salt and pepper and 1/3 cup tomato soup. Spread on each leaf. Roll up and fasten with toothpick. Place each roll in a baking pan; pour remaining tomato soup on top. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes.
