Swedish Meatballs - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground sirloin
    1/2 c. milk
    1 to 2 Tbsp. cornstarch
    1/2 to 3/4 whole nutmeg
    salt and pepper
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients well.
    Use a teaspoonful and roll like dough.
    Then mash like a hamburger.
    Put in frying pan and cook until tender.
    May be cooked with onion.
