Diabetic Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 1/2 c. water
2 1/2 c. raisins
2 c. unsweetened applesauce
3 eggs
2 Tbsp. Equal
1 1/2 c. oil
3 c. self-rising flour
3 tsp. cinnamon
2 tsp. vanilla
1/4 tsp. soda
Preparation

Cook raisins in water until all water is boiled out.
Add applesauce, Equal, oil and eggs.
Mix well.
Blend in flour, soda, cinnamon and vanilla.
Pour mixture into greased and floured Bundt pan.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 to 35 minutes until cake is done.
