Chicken Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 chicken breasts
    2 cans cream of chicken soup
    1 (8 oz.) container sour cream
    2 bay leaves
    2 sticks celery
    1 stick butter or margarine, melted
    1 tube Ritz crackers
Preparation
    Boil together 4 cups water, chicken, bay leaves and celery until chicken is done.
    Discard bay leaves and celery.
    Drain chicken (broth can be used for noodles or dumplings).
    Butter casserole dish, cut chicken into bite-size pieces and place in dish.
    Mix sour cream and soup.
    Pour over chicken.
    Crumble crackers and pour melted butter over them and mix.
    Sprinkle over casserole.
    Bake at 375\u00b0 for 45 minutes.
    Can serve with rice or potatoes.
