Carrot Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. flour
2 c. sugar
1 1/2 tsp. baking soda
2 tsp. baking powder
2 tsp. cinnamon
pinch of salt
1 c. chopped walnuts
3 c. grated carrots
4 eggs
1 1/4 c. cooking oil
8 oz. cream cheese
1 stick oleo
1 box powdered sugar
2 tsp. vanilla
Preparation

Blend oil and sugar together.
Add carrots and eggs.
Mix well.
Add flour, baking soda, baking powder, cinnamon and salt. Add nuts last.
Put into greased and floured 9 x 13-inch pan. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 35 minutes or until toothpick comes out dry. Cool.
