Beef Stew - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 lb. stew meat
    1/4 to 1/2 c. roux
    1 pkg. beef stew mix
    1 onion, chopped
    3 c. water
    1/2 c. celery, chopped
    carrots, chopped
    potatoes, chopped
Preparation
    Brown meat.
    Add roux, onion, celery, carrots, package of stew mix and water.
    Cook for 1 1/2 hours.
    Add potatoes.
    Lower heat and cook for 1/2 hour.
