Gingersnaps - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3/4 c. shortening
1 c. sugar
4 Tbsp. molasses
1 egg
1 3/4 c. flour, unsifted
2 tsp. soda
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. ginger
1/2 tsp. cloves
Preparation
-
Mix ingredients.
Roll into balls the size of walnut.
Dip in sugar and place on greased cookie sheet.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 10 to 12 minutes.
