Pineapple Bake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 slices day old bread, cut into 1-inch cubes
    1 (20 oz.) can crushed pineapple, drained
    4 large eggs
    1/2 c. butter, melted
    3/4 c. packed light brown sugar
Preparation
    Toss bread and pineapple in a bowl. Spread out in a 1 1/2-quart baking dish.
    In the same bowl, beat eggs until light and fluffy. Beat in sugar and butter until blended.
    Pour over bread mixture.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 about 40 minutes until puffed and golden brown.
    Serve at once.
