Green Chili - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 pork steaks
1 chuck steak or 1 lb. stew meat
2 cans stewed tomatoes
2 cans green chilies
1 onion
3 cloves garlic
1 jalapeno pepper
1 can tomato sauce or paste
salt to taste
Preparation

Cut meat in bite size pieces and cut off fat on meat.
Brown in a skillet.
Place all ingredients in a crock-pot on low all day or in a Dutch oven on top of stove.
Cook until meat is tender.
