Salisbury Steak - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 lb. ground beef
    1 1/2 c. fresh bread crumbs
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
    1 1/2 c. hot water
    4 small onions, thinly sliced
    2 Tbsp. vegetable oil
    2 Tbsp. cornstarch
    2 beef bouillon cubes
Preparation
    Combine beef, bread crumbs, salt and pepper.
    Mix thoroughly. Shape into 6 oval patties.
    Place on broiler rack.
