Creamy Dijon Green Beans - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 tsp. margarine
    2 tsp. all-purpose flour
    1/2 c. low-fat milk (1%)
    2 Tbsp. sour cream
    2 tsp. Dijon style mustard
    1/8 tsp. white pepper
    3 c. cooked green beans (hot)
Preparation
    In 1-quart saucepan, melt margarine over medium-high heat; add flour and stir quickly to combine.
    Continuing to stir, gradually add milk.
    Reduce heat to low and cook, stirring frequently, until mixture thickens, 3 to 4 minutes.
    Stir in remaining ingredients except green beans.
    Arrange green beans in serving bowl; add sour cream mixture and stir to coat.
