French Toast In A Bowl - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 slices bread, cubed
    2 Tbsp. butter, melted
    3/4 c. Egg Beaters
    2 c. milk
    1/2 c. sugar
    2 tsp. vanilla
    1/2 tsp. cinnamon
    1/2 tsp. nutmeg
    1 c. sliced bananas (optional)
Preparation
    Pour melted butter over bread cubes to coat.
    Mix Egg Beaters, milk, sugar, vanilla, cinnamon, nutmeg and bananas (if used) and pour over bread cubes and stir gently to coat.
    Bake in greased 2 quart baking dish, uncovered, at 375\u00b0 for 40 minutes, or until a knife comes out clean.
    Serve warm.
    Dish into bowls that have been coated or drizzled with maple syrup.
