Holiday Cheese Ball - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 c. (1 lb.) Cheddar cheese, shredded
    4 (3 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
    1/2 c. pimiento-stuffed olives, chopped
    3 Tbsp. mayonnaise (not salad dressing)
    1/8 tsp. celery salt
    1/2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
    2 Tbsp. onion, minced
    dash of garlic salt
    fresh parsley, chopped
    pimiento-stuffed olives, sliced
    pecans, chopped
Preparation
    In a large mixing bowl, combine the first 8 ingredients; mix well with hands and shape into a ball.
    Refrigerate cheese ball for 5 minutes; then garnish with the parsley, olives or chopped pecans (or a combination of all three).
