Greek Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 medium cucumber
2 c. fresh spinach
2 c. Boston lettuce
1/4 c. crumbled Feta cheese
2 Tbsp. sliced green onions
10 pitted ripe olives, sliced
1 medium tomato, in wedges
Preparation

Score cucumber by running tines of fork lengthwise down sides; slice.
Toss cucumber with remaining ingredients.
