Twice-Baked Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 large potatoes, baked
    6 strips bacon, fried crisp, drained and broken into chips
    1/2 c. butter (1 stick)
    1/2 pt. sour cream (1 c.)
    3 heaping Tbsp. mayonnaise
    2 tsp. chives
    salt and pepper to taste
    1/2 lb. Cheddar cheese, grated
Preparation
    Mash potatoes until chunky. Blend butter, sour cream, mayonnaise, chives, bacon, salt and pepper.
    Toss potatoes in the mixture.
    Put potatoes into a dish. Stir in most of the grated cheese (leave some to put on top).
    Heat at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes or until bubbly hot.
