Mexicali Rice - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground beef
    2 cloves minced garlic
    2 Tbsp. sugar
    4 (8 oz.) cans tomato sauce
    1 c. cooked rice
    1 chopped onion
    1 tsp. chili powder
    1 tsp. cumin
    1 tsp. oregano
    1 tsp. Accent
    1 tsp. salt
Preparation
    Cook onions and garlic in 2 tablespoons oil until golden brown. Add ground beef and other ingredients and simmer until hot.
    Serve over corn chips.
    Garnish with grated sharp Cheddar cheese, chopped ripe olives and chopped avocados.
    Makes 6 to 8 servings.
