Easy Chicken Pot Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (6 oz.) pkg. Stove Top stuffing, prepared as directed
    1 can cream of mushroom or chicken soup
    1 c. sour cream
    3 c. shredded or cut up chicken or turkey
    1 (10 oz.) pkg. mixed vegetables (any mixture you prefer)
    1/2 tsp. thyme leaves
Preparation
    Mix soup and sour cream in 2-quart casserole.
    Stir in chicken, vegetables and thyme.
    Spoon stuffing over mixture.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes until bubbling.
