Hamburg Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 lb. hamburg
    2 qt. tomato juice
    1 onion, sauteed
    1 c. grated carrots
    1 lb. Velveeta cheese
Preparation
    Fry hamburg and drain off any grease.
    Cook hamburg, juice, onion and carrots until vegetables are tender.
    Add cheese.
    Serve after cheese has melted.
