Stuffed Cheese Shells - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 eggs, beaten
    2 containers (15 oz. each) Ricotta cheese
    2 c. (8 oz.) shredded Mozzarella cheese
    1 c. grated Parmesan cheese
    1/2 c. chopped parsley
    1 tsp. salt
    1/8 tsp. pepper
    12 oz. Mueller's jumbo shells, cooked and drained
    3 c. spaghetti sauce
Preparation
    In medium bowl combine eggs, Ricotta, Mozzarella, 3/4 cup Parmesan cheese, parsley, salt and pepper.
    Spoon about 2 tablespoons mixture into each shell.
    Arrange in 13 x 9-inch baking dish; top with spaghetti sauce.
    Sprinkle with remaining Parmesan.
    Bake in 350\u00b0 oven for 30 minutes or until heated through.
    Makes 8 servings.
